Inside Tour
Our "Lago.di.Como-Lounge"
is a secluded, comfy-cosy Penthouse flat in the upper two stories of a modern building (in fact it was a bicycle factory earlier!), set up at the western coast of the central (= broadest) part of the Lago di Como in a rural environment. Our "Lounge" is equipped with all appropriate amenities, from Alexa, Satellite-TV and Streaming Beamer etc over Coffee Maker, Grill / Racelet, and Oven, up to a Fridge / Freezer, a Dishwasher, and a Washing Machine, + Internet via WiFi. Such a complete equipment you will not find in most of the apartments around.
We offer 2 bedrooms, the 1st (our "Osservatorio Lario") with queensize Double bed, + 2 optional 1.9m folding out beds + optional Baby bed, and the 2nd (our "Butze") with 2m queen-size Double bed, + optional Baby bed.
Additionally, our living room can offer optionally an extendable queen-size Double bed.
Please, ask for availability and detailed features of the optional beds at booking time, if you are interested! After booking the configuration cannot be changed anymore!
For your convenience, we offer 2 complete bathrooms with Tube / Shower, 1 on each floor, and a fully equipped Kitchen with an adjacent Dining Place in the Living room for 4, up to 8. Even if not needed so much often, every room can be heated centrally, and powerful ceiling fans provide an individual cooling breeze, if it should become necessary.
Our entry level Patio Deck, in front of the Living Room, offers a breathtaking North over East to South Panorama View over the central part of the Lago di Como, over the surrounding mountains, and over the villages and villagios scattered around the lake and mountains.
Our Entry Level rooms and facilities, including Kitchen, 2nd Bathroom, and Patio Deck, are without any steps, like the access way from the parking place, and a special way down to the Lake shore, which makes this part of our Lounge convenient for disabled persons.
Moreover, our upstairs "Osservatorio Lario", as part of our larger 1st Bedroom, provides an spectacular, uninterrupted overview over the Lake and the ongoing activities there, which is an opportunity not often found even in near-to-the-lake apartments. And you may use our *Osservatorio Lario" for extended "sight-seeing-tours" of the Lake, for detailed planning of your own Lake Tours, for reading and conversation, and for learning about the Lake, the surrounding mountains, the sky, and the weather, all this at day and night time...
