It has an exceptional "Osservatorio Lario" at the top floor, and a special Patio Deck at the entry level, both with 180deg

(we are proud of it!), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it is FULLY equipped in any aspect, like not many apartments around.
It is near to the village center (3 min walk) AND more near to the lake in front of the building, providing opportunities for any kind of watersports and mountain activities.
